Much success on your weight lose.5 lbs is a good start!!! I started my journey to lose 20 lbs. last Dec, and reached my goal in April. All I did was walk walk walk and walk. Like 4 miles 5 days a week. I ate small portions but I didn’t change my eating habits. You can do it sister. Oh and the weight is still off!
