This is fantastic advice, and should be a must read- it really is shocking the amount of people that don&#8217;t reply to emails, especially business ones! We feel so awful about late responses that we really do try our best to make sure that this doesn&#8217;t happen. No one&#8217;s perfect but ignoring someone who&#8217;s emailed you 3 times?
